My friend Mike started a thing called “Mirror Mantras”, where he posts a positive or motivating phrase on his bathroom mirror to keep him inspired throughout the week.  Joining goodness? I am in!

I'm a twenty-something kinesiology and applied health student from the Canadian Prairies. I love Jesus, cupcakes, notebooks, kids, guitars and travel. I like kicking asthma's ass, adapted physical activity, helping people reach their full potential, and curing ignorance.

  1. Yesterday in my college there was the lecture about Polish rules of being polite. The professor said, that the first Polish rule of being polite is “to complain” – complaining on everything: weather, high prices, politicians.. I don’t know why, but we like complain.
Maybe it should be good therapy for us – good thoughts on our mirrors, in all houses :)

  2. Start a movement!! :] I think many people just have a natural inclination to complain, and really, a lot of the time it is unnecessary :].

  3. Complaining is written in Polish culture :)
In my blog is translator, so You can read that without problems – it isn’t perfect, but it is :)
